Western Technical College is offering a seminar series entitled “Starting/Managing a Small Business.” Classes will be held Wednesdays, Feb. 3-March 3, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. on Western’s La Crosse Campus.
Topics covered will include the role of small businesses, general functions and problems of management, reasons for success and failure, legal problems and procedures, capital and credit, staffing and planning for business operations.
