SBA Fact Sheet for Disaster Loans

The US Small Business Administration (SBA) has declared that counties in the 7 Rivers Region are eligible for low-interest loans because of the severe storms, tornadoes, and flooding that occurred in June.

The counties of Crawford, Juneau, La Crosse, and Vernon are eligible for loans from the SBA for physical damage and economic injury.

The counties of Trempealeau, Houston, and Winona are also eligible for loans for economic injury.

The deadline for applications for physical damage is August 15,2008.

Applications for economic injury are due March 13, 2009.
